Our Training & Support
No previous experience is necessary, but a background in business, recruitment, or healthcare could prove beneficial. You will be trained to mirror all of the procedures, systems, recruitment methods, and client acquisition techniques, that have made Nurses UK successful. Not only will you have access to the operational systems, but you also have the support of a Head Office team with a wealth of experience, that you can call upon.The induction training will take place, both at the Nurses UK Head Office, as well as in your own branch. Ongoing support will be provided for the duration of your time as a Nurses UK franchisee.
This comprehensive training, and the continuous support. will ensure that you can run the business efficiently and effectively, allowing you to devote the maximum amount of time to developing your franchise, and growing your turnover and profits.
The Investment
The initial payment for you to become a Nurses UK Franchisee is £28,735 + VAT and includes franchise licence fee of £12,000 + VAT. You will receive a Launch Package containing the items you need to get started, plus your Induction Training. It is also recommended that you will need access to a minimum of £24,000 in working capital, making the total investment figure in the region of £53,000 + VAT.A detailed breakdown of the additional set-up costs and working capital required, has been prepared, along with projected sales and profitability figures. All of this information will be available for discussion as your enquiry is progressed. A successful Nurses UK branch is expected to achieve a seven-figure turnover with a pre-tax profit percentage in double figures.
Funding is available (subject to status) via the franchise department of most High Street Banks. In addition, the Government-backed Business Start-Up Loan scheme would allow you to borrow up to £25,000 in order to start your Nurses UK business. This figure is double if you have two directors. Funding options can be discussed during the initial consultation.
When you join Nurses UK, as a franchisee, you will be granted an exclusive territory under a 5-year licence with two renewal rights for a further 5 + 5 years.
