This removes the need to pause for note-taking – fostering deeper client relationships – and captures more accurate, nuanced information about the client’s needs and preferences.

Care plans, which previously required lengthy transcription and admin, are now often fully completed by the time staff return to the office. The AI uses Blossom’s templates to populate all necessary fields, creating professional, compliant records with ease.
