I also have had great and quick responses to any ad-hoc questions I’ve had so far, it’s reassuring to know I have access to the expertise on the team available to me. I have also been able to discuss any concerns I may have had with the franchisor in terms of support as the business grows and they were happy to share their plans with me, many of those ideas have already become a reality, so again this helped me trust them. The culture of the organisation is very important, everyone is supportive, considerate, understanding, and friendly! There is obvious hard work and a clear leadership present, I feel they believe in me and my capacity and ability to manage this adventure!
