With guidance from experienced growth experts, the franchisee onboarding strategy has become more visible and effective than ever, attracting high quality candidates who share Apollo Cares personal and professional values.

Two new teams joined the network in Apollo Care Cheltenham and Apollo Care Huddersfield. Both have begun their journey through the newly revised Getting into Business programme which supports franchisees with every aspect of setting up their service. This ensures they are prepared to attract clients and staff quickly and confidently.

The first year of the Franchise Advisory Council has been a resounding success. Elected members from across the network played an important role in shaping new ideas and commenting on upcoming projects. Their insight led to the launch of a partnership with a client acquisition portal which generated a significant number of new enquiries for franchise teams this year.

Apollo Care also introduced its Live in Care service, allowing teams to deliver twenty four hour care for clients anywhere in the United Kingdom. This has broadened the range of support available while opening new opportunities for business growth across the network.

Two new associated experts joined the support team. Louie Werth now provides guidance on compliance updates and Jen Chapman supports franchise teams with mental health expertise. Their specialist knowledge strengthens the operational and personal support available to every franchisee.
