Every quarter Concept celebrate and give recognition to our franchise partners who have exceeded our expectations. Steven Nuttall from Concept Claim Solutions (Hertford) has been awarded Franchise Partner of the Quarter for his outstanding service and support to fellow franchise partners…

One notable example is a 70-year-old customer who had been struggling with a claim for over six years due to subsidence. Steve took over the case last year and worked tirelessly to guarantee that the customer received the necessary remediation to make their property habitable again.
