What You’ll Do

Concept Claim Solutions are home insurance claims management specialists, whose job is to make sure a policyholder gets everything they’re entitled to when making a home insurance claim.

1. Child Exploitation Conferences Parent-Led Training
Thanks to the Ivison Trust, franchisees and the Concept team helped to organise and sponsor the Child Exploitation Conferences in London and Manchester. These events brought together over 160 police officers, social services and educational staff to create policy chance & raise awareness regarding County Lines (modern slavery and trafficking of children).
Franchisees took part in workshops to discuss how businesses can better support educating children and families about the dangers of County Lines and have since advocated for policy changes to ensure parents are informed of the increased risk when their children have neurodivergent needs or are excluded from school.
Currently, parents are not informed of this proven connection. Here is some of the feedback from the police, social services & teachers:

2. Webinars
Over the summer, in collaboration with Ivison and London Metropolitan police, Concept have supported hosting four webinars that over 1,000 parents, social services, foster parents, and community members attended to help them better understand how to spot signs of exploitation.
3. Parent Support Group
In September 2023, recognizing the lack of support for parents dealing with child exploitation, the Concept team collaborated with the Local Council to establish a weekly Parent Support Group. Both franchisees and the head office have sponsored this initiative. Each session the group focuses on specific issues such as grooming, children’s mental health and domestic violence.
With the Parent Group, the Concept team are also working with the Odd Arts Theatre Company to introduce workshops in secondary schools.
A parent in the group said, “My life feels like a Netflix movie, it’s just awful. But I feel I can see the end of the tunnel now through coming to the parent group”.
4. Insurance Charity
Concept Claim Solutions are committed to supporting newcomers in the industry & take great pride in connecting individuals from other insurance and business sectors with potential clients & offering them valuable networking opportunities.
One of their notable achievements in this regard is the successful organization and hosting of the CII Christmas Dinner, which brought together franchisees from the Northwest and 50 influential individuals from the insurance sector, whilst also raising money for the Insurance Charities.
