Just over a year ago, the Optic-Kleer “Pod” arrived in the car park of the local B&Q and has been a major success.
As a new concept, the Optic-Kleer team has treated this as a company-owned experiment to start with and see if the idea really does work. They’ve even brought in a cross-section of franchise owners to guest operate the Pod to try out different methods and get their feedback on how well it works, before handing it over to Michael Cruz, who has been with Optic-Kleer as a franchise for over 12 years, and now runs his franchise business from the Pod.
