Aspray is still owned and overseen by our founder Mr. James Whittle along with Directors, Hayley McSherry and Kim Perkins. James and his franchise support team at the Aspray head office keep their fingers right ‘on the pulse’ operating their own franchise territory – continually testing and evolving the business model to ensure the network retains the brand’s market leading position. Aspray wins ‘Loss Assessor of the Year’ at the British Claims Awards
This recognition highlights Aspray's outstanding achievements over the past year, showcasing their commitment to customer service, innovative solutions, and raising standards when a policyholder suffers damage at their property resulting in an insurance claim.
The prestigious British Claims Awards ceremony took place on 8th June at the Leonardo Royal London St Paul’s. The event brought together the insurance industry's top professionals, organisations, and experts. Sedgwick, Zurich, Auger and Allianz were in attendance to name but a few, outlining how highly anticipated the British Claims Awards is in the insurance industry.
The ceremony also places a commitment to raising money for charity, in which Aspray corporate sponsors ANDYSMANCLUB were also a part of. A partnership that has already been marked with two large-scale fundraising opportunities.
Aspray faced fierce competition in the ‘Loss Assessor of the Year’ category, which included esteemed competitors such as Harris Balcombe, Morgan Clark, and Oakleafe Claims. Despite the formidable competition, Aspray emerged victorious, a testament to their exceptional performance and dedication to their service.
The ‘Loss Assessor of the Year’ award is a significant milestone for Aspray, acknowledging the hard work and relentless effort put in by the team. Aspray's success is built on a foundation of providing exceptional customer service, always placing the customer at the heart of every claim they handle.

The British Claims Awards judges said on the night: "Aspray has created an end-to-end major loss offering for commercial policyholders that is smooth and delivered to the highest standards.”

Managing Director, James Whittle, collected the award on the night.
