The wait is over! The new Macron Club Shop is officially live and running. All head office coaches are now proudly kitted out in their brand-new Macron gear. The deadline for everyone to transition to the new kit is is 1st February 2025.

Policy Updates
We’ve made numerous updates to policies in the Operations Manual, including safeguarding, conduct, and operational procedures. These updates are now live on ZiiK, so please familiarise yourself with the changes to stay compliant.
Safeguarding Update from OFSTEDA quick reminder:
Under the OFSTED Voluntary Childcare Register guidelines, any significant safeguarding concerns escalated to the LADO (Local Authority Designated Officer) must also be reported to OFSTED within 14 days. Failure to comply may result in non-compliance with registration requirements and potential enforcement actions.
This important information has now been fully updated on ZiiK. Be sure to review these changes and ensure your team is aware!

Upcoming Gamification on ZiiK!
Starting from 23rd September 2024, we’re introducing Gamification on ZiiK to boost interaction, improve coaching standards, and promote knowledge sharing among coaches. Here’s how it works:
Game Duration: 23rd September 2024 - 1st November 2024 (30 days)
Point System:
- 5 Points: For posting a positive coaching experience or sharing useful tips for others.
- 5 Points: For confirming a post that you found helpful.
- 1 Point: For each comment made on another coach’s post.
- 1 Point: For each like on a post.
Rules:
Posts must be related to coaching experiences or provide actionable tips - general posts won’t earn points.
Coaches should confirm posts that they find insightful or useful.
Reward:
£50 Amazon Voucher to the coach with the most points at the end of the month. Prizes for the first 3 months will be funded by HQ and reviewed afterward (possible changes may include branch-funded prizes).
Leaderboard:
A leaderboard will be displayed on ZiiK, updated monthly to show standings and encourage some healthy competition.
