We want to pass those skills and experience onto you so that you can replicate this success, which is why we have developed a comprehensive training programme designed to give you the best possible start.

The programme combines both hands-on training in one of our established locations with business management coaching and training. It begins with up to four weeks working in one of our restaurants so that you can learn all the practical elements of running a restaurant and the day-to-day management of your business. While you may be planning to recruit a manager, and even expand to multiple units, we still consider it essential that you understand every aspect of running a successful quick service restaurant.

As your launch approaches, our expert team will also work closely with your staff to help them learn all the necessary skills. This will include delivery of the service, as well as team management, customer service and business management, as required by your intended management model.

We will also continue to work closely with you and your team during your first five days of trading to ensure you have everything you need to make your new business a success.

This will include:

A professional launch programme

We will help you get off to a flying start as soon as you open by creating some buzz and excitement about your restaurant in the local area ahead of launch. We will work closely with you on creating a bespoke PR and marketing campaign to maximise interest in your territory.

Ongoing advice & guidance

We are never more than a phone call or email away should you ever need help or information about any aspect of your growing business. Over the years, there’s very little we haven’t encountered and very few challenges we haven’t overcome!

A dedicated franchise manager

You will receive ongoing advice, mentorship and support from an expert franchise manager who has first-hand experience of the business and the wider franchise network. They will be on hand to provide training and guidance and be your link with head office and your fellow franchisees.

Regular updates and visits

As well as periodic visits to see how you’re progressing and if you need any help, you will also be invited to take part in annual conferences and work together with your fellow franchisees to share best practice, problem solve, innovate, and collaborate on growing the brand.

Ongoing Marketing & PR

While conducting your own local marketing is essential, you will also be part of our continual efforts to promote Mi Chaii both nationally and locally. This will include leafleting, advertising, social media campaigns and your own listing on our national website. A targeted and continuing marketing plan will be developed by the franchisee with guidance from the Franchise Manager.
