Franchisee feedback sees ERA UK win prestigious industry award

The Best Franchise Awards have recognised the business with a Continuous Improvement Award based on independent, anonymous feedback from ERA franchisees.

In a ‘satisfaction survey’ carried out by specialist firm Workbuzz, franchisees were asked how they feel across six key areas:

  • Training & Support
  • Head Office Support
  • Leadership
  • Culture & Relationships
  • Value & Rewards
  • General Satisfaction

Sharon Weston, who runs the awards programme, explained: “This award recognises franchisors that have improved their franchisee satisfaction survey results over three consecutive years and therefore, demonstrate that their franchisees are listened to, and their feedback acted on.”

The Best Franchise Awards are among the most sought-after accolades in franchising, because they are based entirely on feedback from franchisees.

Responses from unnamed franchisees to the survey included:

“I see the UK leadership as partners and allies who are focused on helping all of us achieve our goals.”
And: “The culture is supportive and listening.”

Paolo Massimilla, Managing Director of ERA UK, said “This is the award I feel most proud about as it encapsulates ERA’s culture – continuous improvement. This is a real testament to the UK team’s constant hard work and alignment with our franchisees over the past three years.

“I am absolutely delighted that this is not just recognised by our franchisees, but also by the industry as well.”

The award is just the latest recognition for ERA. The business was a finalist in the British Franchise Association & HSBC’s ‘International Superbrand 2022’ award in December; while the UK network won ERA’s ‘Outstanding EMEA Network Performance’ award last year after recording an impressive 42% increase in client signings.
