Discovery Days
A discovery day is an excellent way to learn more about a franchise. You're able to get an inside look into how the franchise model operates, chat to the head office team, ask any burning questions that you may have and, ultimately, get a clear idea as to whether that particular franchise is suited to you. Every discovery day is a learning experience so bringing a notepad and pen is highly recommended! Accreditations
When a franchise receives an official accreditation, it means they have achieved recognition for the high standards that they set in business. The British Franchise Association (bfa) have been in operation since 1977 and have set out minimum operating requirements to ensure that each of their members is reputable. Many franchises on Franchise Direct UK have been fortunate to receive bfa accreditation, such as Autosmart and TaxAssist Accountants. Earlier this month, Haus Maids and Blue Ribbon Community Care were the latest franchises to receive bfa accreditation. This is an amazing achievement that shows hard work really can pay off!
New Products
Launching a new product or service is an excellent way to generate exposure for your business. Promoting it at exhibitions, online or in specific marketing campaigns are all great ways of targeting your audience, and potentially, getting new fans of your business. Announcing new products, services or team members keeps things fresh and shows the public that you are keeping up with current trends. With Thanks announced their new product range and their franchisees couldn't be happier with the increased sales! The Caremark team shared details about their brand new care system at their latest conference and all attendees were left spellbound.
Charity Work
Giving back to your community is a great way of sharing your success with those who will benefit most from it. A franchise is very much part of the local community so when there is an opportunity to give back, this should be a high priority. Charities and other local community organisations will always remember and appreciate the help that's given! Last month, the Countrywide Signs team decided to assist Bromyard Community Hospital with renovating their gardens. Their help enabled patients and their families to have a peaceful environment once more, where they can enjoy beautiful flowers to their heart's content! Tubz Brands Vending made a very generous donation to Starlight, a charity that aims to brighten the lives of seriously and terminally ill children. They contributed £412,006, which will greatly assist the staff in providing comfortable, entertaining and positive experiences to children undergoing treatment.
