Home care franchise company, Home Instead is delighted to announce that two of their franchisees have been awarded for their excellence in the recent ‘Great British Franchisee Awards 2023’ hosted by whichfranchise.
Gavin Morrigan and Michelle Fairless, owners of Home Instead Cleveland, were recognised as exceptional franchisees by the judges, for their contribution to their local community and for the outstanding care they provide.
Suzanne Melville, Head of Marketing at whichfranchise, explains why they were so impressed, "What a great success story and blueprint for franchising! The awards, which were launched in 2021, recognise outstanding franchisees across the UK who demonstrate excellence in all areas of their business. Factors taken into consideration include business stability, client satisfaction, community involvement and inspired leadership.
Gavin is justifiably thrilled that they have received this award and commented, "Being recognised as a Great British Franchisee is a huge honour, and wouldn't have been possible without our incredible team, who have been instrumental in the ongoing success of Home Instead.
