Right at Home Celebrates Franchisees Shortlisted for the bfa Awards and an ‘Outstanding’ Rating
The British Franchise Association (bfa) has just announced the finalists for the 2018 franchise awards, and Right at Home, a leader in the in-home care franchise industry, are celebrating their two franchisees who have been shortlisted. Almas Adam of Loughton is a finalist for the Young Franchisee of the Year Award. Adam is a shining example of franchising empowering young people to reach their true potential. Andrew Davis of Poole is a finalist for the Customer Focus Franchisee of the Year Award. Andrew and his Right at Home team have a first-class reputation for the community-focused care that they provide for clients. These franchise owners aren’t the only Right at Home locations being commended this week. Right at Home South Cheshire is celebrating its ‘Outstanding’ rating by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The franchise location, owned by franchisee Ben Selby, is the first of the brand to achieve an overall Outstanding rating from the commission, and only 2% of homecare providers inspected have achieved this rating, even fewer on their first inspection. Right at Home South Cheshire is only the second organisation in the country to receive this accolade. The rating highlights the high-quality, trusted homecare that the Right at Home team delivers.
InXpress Franchisees Shortlisted for the bfa and NatWest EWIF Awards
InXpress’s Neil Hatt of Birmingham South is a finalist for the bfa’s Franchisee Network Contribution Award. Neil was nominated for his work investing in his mentees. Thanks to Neil’s help, his two mentees, new InXpress business owners, were able to reach the InXpress Top Gun list, reserved for the franchise’s top five owners. The parcel delivery and transportation franchise has even more reason to celebrate with Hull franchisee Rebecca Robyn’s being shortlisted for the NatWest Encouraging Women in Franchising (EWIF) Inspirational Woman of the Year Award. Rebecca is motivated in her business by helping people reach their goals. In 2017, she introduced the charity EYESeeMe to the InXpress network, creating a ‘Penny per Shipment’ campaign with proceeds supporting child education in Thailand. InExpress encourages their franchisees to give back to people in their communities and at a global level.
Century 21 UK Franchisee Wins at the British Property Awards
Century 21 UK Cobham and Esher have been voted as the Best Estate Agent in town at the British Property Awards this year. The awards highlight and reward excellence within the residential property sector at a local level. Century 21 UK are celebrating the accolade that has been awarded to Dylan Mollison-Cousen, owner of Century 21 Cobham and Esher. The branch has only been open for six months, and the team is proud to have their customer service efforts recognised by one of the most prestigious awards in the property industry.
Agency Express Voted ‘Supplier of the Year’ at the ESTAS
Agency Express has been voted the UK’s best supplier of the year in the 2018 ESTAS Awards for the second consecutive year. The ESTAS determines this award based on feedback from estate and letting agents. Winners of this award are recognised purely on the votes from their clients and feedback from real customers experiencing real service. Because of this, the Supplier of the Year Award is extremely important to Agency Express, and demonstrates the national estate agency board franchise’s commitment to delivering first-class service in the industry.
