Driver Hire Nominated for bfa ‘Franchisor of the Year’ Yet Again
The already award-winning franchise Driver Hire has been nominated yet again for the British Franchise Association (bfa)’s HSBC ‘Franchisor of the Year’ award. One of the most coveted awards in British franchising, the ‘Franchisor of the Year’ awards are granted to franchisors that drive successful businesses through best practice, innovative strategies and a strong brand. Driver Hire, a national recruitment franchise, has won an award in this category four times and has been nominated 12 times. This year’s award will be presented at the 2018 bfa HSBC UK Franchise Award Ceremony held on 28th of June at the ICC Birmingham.
Home Instead Senior Care Nominated for bfa ‘Innovation Award’
Another bfa Franchisor Awards nominee is Home Instead Senior Care, hoping to take home the ‘Innovation Award’. As the only homecare franchise to rank as a finalist in the 2018 bfa Franchisor Awards in addition to the Queen’s Award for Innovation, Home Instead Senior Care is proving to hold true to their innovation nomination. The senior care franchise has a number of innovative business practices, including their Business Insight Tool that provides real-time insight into each franchise business; virtual reality training that is being trailed within the networks to give CAREGivers a better understanding of a client’s capabilities; and professionally recognized training with two courses accredited by City & Guilds. The ‘Innovation Award’ will be presented at the 2018 bfa HSBC UK Franchise Award Ceremony.
Revive! Nominated for bfa ‘Award for Franchise Support’
Revive!, a mobile car care franchise, has been nominated for the bfa’s ‘Award for Franchise Support’ in this year’s Franchisor Awards. Revive! is no stranger to this award, which it first won in 2010. The automotive repair franchise is being recognised for its superior franchise training, business advice, technology and mentoring provided to all of the business’s franchisees. The ‘Award for Franchise Support’ celebrates those franchisors that invest in the people and the support necessary to take their franchise to the next level. The ‘Award for Franchise Support’ will be announced at the 2018 bfa HSBC UK Franchise Award Ceremony.
Caremark Franchisee Celebrates an Award-Winning Year
Caremark (Redcar & Cleveland) was recently named Caremark Franchise of the Year. 2017 was a year of great achievement for Caremark (Redcar & Cleveland) who was recognised with an outstanding rating from the franchisor, launched an innovative community transport-wit-care service, moved to new offices to accommodate its growing services, and had three members of its team win the North East Great British Care Awards. This marks the third year that the franchisee has received the accolade Caremark Franchise of the Year, and the company is one of only 2% of national care providers to receive this award.
The Creation Station Franchisee Wins Prestigious Award
Sarah Burnett, the franchise owner of The Creation Station franchise in Bromsgrove and surrounding areas, has been awarded as the franchise’s Best Retailer 2018, presented at The Creation Station’s annual conference. Sarah was also shortlisted for The Best Can-Do Attitude Award and The Franchise of the Year Award.
