énergie Fitness Scotland Doubles in Size in 12 Months
The ambitious Head of Franchise Sales of énergie Fitness Scotland, Mike Carr, set a goal of doubling the size of his business in just 12 months. He has now met that goal, with énergie Fitness Scotland’s franchise network growing from 6 clubs last year to 12 this year. The newest fitness clubs will open in Ayr, Glasgow, Dumbarton and another two Aberdeenshire. There is another deal in place to open number club number 12. Mike sees his role as Head of Franchise Sales as one that gives people an opportunity to transform their lives on a huge scale. He is looking to add another six to eight gyms in the coming year.
Refresh Renovations Welcomes New Franchisees
Refresh Renovations, the national home renovation franchise, has announced the addition of franchisees Vincent Smith and Newton Fraser to the Refresh Renovations team. The pair opened their Refresh Renovations franchise in North Nottinghamshire in September. Vincent comes from a background of over 20 years’ experience managing large and complex teams, and he has completed three major projects on his own properties. Newton has 20 years’ experience project managing and has a great ability at understanding what exactly the client wants to achieve and how their business can help the client achieve it.
Mobalpa Expands in the UK
A French franchisor of kitchen, bathroom and living furniture design, Mobalpa Kitchen is expanding its franchise across the UK. The French business opened its first store in the UK in 2012, in Warrington, and the company has now sold the shop to former Costa Coffee franchisees, Dennis Evans and his wife Kathryn, along with business partners Barry Davies and his wife Lin, are committed to opening one Mobalpa showroom a year in the North-West over the next five years. The stores are anticipated to be located around Manchester, Liverpool and Chester. The new locations join Mobalpa’s other nine UK franchises, which are currently located in London and the South-East. The Warrington store is being given a makeover, which is expected to be completed in 2019.
eDivert Hosts a Discovery Day
