Our franchisees run their own diaries, so are able to be flexible and make bookings around any other responsibilities they may have - be this the school drop-off/pick up, or any hobbies they may have. It's a fantastic opportunity for anyone wanting to get more flexibility into their working lives.
Q5. How has the Covid-19 pandemic changed the way the franchise operates? What extra support and assistance are you offering your franchisees during this time?
Our specialists have been able to continue to offer the service to customers, whilst following any necessary safety guidance to make sure they are operating in a safe manner for both themselves and their customers. Our Franchise Support team are in constant contact with the network, and with their years of experience, have been able to offer invaluable support and advice throughout the pandemic.
The pandemic has actually caused demand for the service to reach record levels, and since the end of the 1st lockdown, our network has been busier than ever before! This doesn't seem to be easing now people are eating out again either, and those who've discovered our fantastic service over the last 18 months have continued to use us and make recommendations to friends and family!
