The government have announced that they plan on easing the total ban on building in areas threatened by coastal erosion. The British Chambers of Commerce have welcomed this announcement as they believe it to be a creative idea that would help boost the local economies of many coastal areas. The number of new business accounts opened this year is running ahead of last year's monthly average, according to figures released by Barclays Bank.
