Radfield Home Care have been awarded the prestigious Workbuzz 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction award for the second consecutive year.
This accolade recognises franchisors who provide exceptional assistance and support to their franchise partners in an industry known for its rigorous standards.
Celebrating the achievement, Dr Hannah MacKechnie, CEO at Radfield Home Care said:

The team provides a dedicated onboarding process with growth support as the business develops. In 2022, Radfield’s franchisee onboarding programme, Radfield Runway, was recognised by Princess Anne with a Princess Royal Training Award. Shortly after the same programme also earned Radfield the 2023 “Team Support” award from the Home Care Awards, along with the title of “Most Outstanding Home Care Group”.
