In October 2025 we let you know that Radfield Home Care’s franchise consultant, Rob Dancy, was the newest partner to join the franchise…
After two decades spent ringside in franchising and helping others to find the perfect opportunity to transform their lives, Rob decided it was his time to shine by embracing a bright new future of his own.
As of 3rd November, he was the proud owner of Radfield Home Care Tarporley & Mid Cheshire! It’s been incredible this last year, or so, to hear from Rob how his whole perspective has shifted since he started working as a consultant for Radfield, and finally decided to start a whole new chapter in his life.
It’s been a hugely positive move for Rob, but also a really big deal for the Radfield franchise. Not only have they gained yet another great franchise partner, but also one who is deeply knowledgeable about franchises – and has chosen them from among the 100s of brands he is familiar with.
Robert says that: “My time working with the Radfield Home Care franchise means I have an in-depth understanding of exactly what they’re all about - their long-standing and genuine passion for their sector, their professionalism, brand, values and culture, their support to their network and the quality of those within it.
