With Caremark you are never alone. You will have access to a full team of experts providing excellent training and ongoing in-region support. With 1 Regional Support Manager and 1 Quality and Compliance Manager supporting 20-25 offices, the level of support is exceptionally high, personal and extremely accessible.Our entire support team are dedicated to assisting you to maximise business growth – we care as much about your business as you do.
The Investment
Our franchise package and license costs £37,500 + VAT. You will require a minimum of £37,500 of your own capital to invest and working capital of around £73,000 for your first year’s running costs.Caremark has a strong relationship with the major banks, who will consider lending 70% of the total investment of approximately £118,000.
Plus it has one of the lowest ASF (Advice and Support Fee) of 4.5% + VAT and an NMF of 1%.

Caremark unveils new flexible National Marketing Fund to propel network’s growth
Caremark, a leading name in UK home care and franchising, is proud to announce the launch of its National Marketing Fund (NMF), a new initiative that aims to redefine how its franchises drive growth.
Unlike traditional marketing funds, Caremark’s NMF is designed with “unrivalled’ flexibility, equipping franchise owners with the choice to tailor their marketing efforts to best align with their immediate and long-term business growth goals.
For the first time in nearly 20 years, Caremark is introducing the NMF as a direct response to the evolving needs of its network. The NMF offers postcode-specific, data-driven campaigns, giving franchise owners control over how they grow their revenue. Each business can choose whether their integrated campaign prioritises either generating new customer leads or boosting recruitment efforts.
The output is a highly targeted approach that aims to increase brand visibility, complement each franchise's separate local marketing efforts and maximise return on investment.
Emma Scholes, Director of Marketing for Caremark, shared her vision for the new NMF:
“This newly introduced National Marketing Fund represents a pivotal moment for Caremark and, we believe, it is unrivalled in the care industry in terms of its flexibility. A traditional fund tends to be spent on raising the profile of a brand, but in addition to this, we believe each of our individual businesses is the expert when it comes to having a say as to where its marketing attention should be focused. Therefore, we’ve empowered our network with the choice to either concentrate on staff recruitment or to reach new customers, and to be able to change this focus every quarter. We’re quite possibly the first big home care franchise to approach an NMF in this way and it has been extremely well received, with an astounding 80% of our network opting in.

It is important for any franchisor to quickly recognise weaknesses in their franchise owners and help them grow and develop in those areas. After all, one of the reasons we bought into a franchise was for the guidance and support the franchisor can provide. I believe Caremark, through personal experience, are well placed to recognise these issues in new franchise owners.
If you were to ask me what I was doing right, then the only thing that I can say is that in our business there is no formula for success except perhaps an unconditional acceptance of the Caremark system and what this brings. Caremark is the best investment I have ever made and I would like to share that belief with the rest of the network.
