We specialise in delicious, authentic food from the Far East – its origins are Japan, China and Korea. We have focused on local dishes that are quick to prepare using traditional cooking techniques. Our signature dish is Omurice – the classic Japanese omelette served with rice and edamame, plus a choice of meat, fish or tofu. Bao buns are another speciality - soft, pillowy buns filled with fresh salad, herbs and a choice of chicken, prawn or tofu. Our menu also includes popular dishes such as rice bowls, noodle bowls and snack boxes.
Building on the considerable success of our restaurants in London we are now ready to expand coverage across the UK, with franchising firmly at the heart of our development plans. We have worked with franchising experts to create a very robust franchise package and now invite applications from those keen to own a successful quick service restaurant as part of our network of foundation franchisees.

Our menu is highly nutritious – fresh ingredients, low fat, high protein content. As a result, Buy & Bite food has broad appeal – popular with meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans.
Cooking times are very limited – each meal is individually produced in a few minutes. Customers love the fast turnaround of on demand food cooked to order.
Our business systems lean on the use of technology. In-store customers use counter-mounted screens to place orders, with a fully integrated EPOS to process orders for delivery within minutes. Staffing levels are therefore kept to a minimum, making the business very cost-efficient and profitable.
The Franchise Opportunity
The Buy & Bite franchise is a fully supported model. An extensive training and support programme has been designed to ensure franchisees are equipped to fully maximise the potential that their restaurant(s) offers.
The initial training has a duration of two weeks, held at our HQ in London. This will be supplemented by a further 4 weeks spent with the franchisee to supervise during the restaurants launch phase. This will focus on fine tuning management techniques and operational practices.
Ongoing support shall be focused on assisting franchisees to effectively apply their management skills and get fully focused on running a highly efficient restaurant business capable of consistently building its sales and profitability.

- Web site management
- Fully automated administrative system, based on a fully integrated EPOS.

Full assistance is also provided when selecting, negotiating and fitting-out the chosen restaurant premises. Our architects and contractors will arrange design and refurbishment work to create the custom Buy & Bite style.
To launch each franchised restaurant an intensive marketing campaign will be organised to help get the business off to the best possible start. This will comprise a mix of digital marketing and social media activity, plus traditional promotional techniques such as leafleting and sampling.
Requirements
Buy & Bite is a management franchise. Its franchise owners shall be required to apply proven commercial expertise to effectively manage all aspects of the restaurant, applying the training we provide.
Previous experience of the catering and hospitality sectors is therefore not necessary. The key attributes are good leadership and people skills. Plus, the drive and determination to develop a successful, profitable restaurant business, perhaps building it to become a multi-unit operation.
