Tamkoko is a Thai tea brand, bringing distinctive drinks and a relaxed, playful spirit to the UK. Its official tagline, “Chill in Thai”, captures the idea: take a break, enjoy bold flavours and turn an everyday tea stop into a moment of joy.

With Thai tea at its heart, the menu includes signature milk teas, cocoa drinks, fruit teas and customisable toppings. The concept combines takeaway convenience with a memorable brand experience, giving customers reasons to return for familiar favourites and discover something new.

Starting with London, Tamkoko's aim is to build a network of distinctive stores in locations where people shop, work, study and socialise.

For our franchise partners, our mission is to make that experience repeatable through practical training, consistent standards and local business support.

The Franchise Opportunity

Our ambition is to grow with committed franchise partners, combining the brand’s experience in Asia with a menu and operating approach adapted for local customers.

Franchise partners will lead their local store, overseeing staff, product quality, customer service, stock and local marketing, supported by training and operating guidance.

The brand’s network reports average annual store sales equivalent to approximately £750,000, with its highest-performing store reaching approximately £1.8 million.

Thai tea is at the heart of our identity. Its distinctive aroma, rich creaminess and bold flavour offer customers something different from familiar bubble tea menus. Tamkoko builds on this character with brand-developed recipes, creative salted cheese toppings and visually striking presentation — giving partners a memorable product story to introduce to their community.

Our strength extends beyond the menu. Ingredient sourcing, supply coordination, equipment guidance and standardised preparation methods give partners access to the foundations behind the drinks. Product training and operating guidance help translate that expertise into consistent execution in store.

Alongside the brand’s experience in Asia, our UK team brings expertise in retail expansion, operations, marketing and supply chain, with practical support for location assessment, store planning and launch preparation.

With our first UK store in development, we are inviting ambitious partners to help build Tamkoko’s UK presence. Partners joining before the first opening can access early-partner offers, with single-store, multi-store and smaller-scale collaboration options discussed according to their ambitions and budget.
