What is Rugby Tots?
Rugbytots is a specifically designed play programme using the multiple skills required in rugby to develop basic core motor skills in a fun environment. This programme is the first of its kind!
Rugbytots was started in 2006 to fill a gap in the child development sector by using Rugby specific skills to aid in the development of young children ages 2-5.
The programme builds confidence in children and will provide a wide variety of skills that are useful in most sports and walks of life. Children will learn about ball handling, passing, catching, kicking, balance and agility, combined with fundamental social skills like sharing, listening to instructions, taking turns and teamwork. Of course this is all done in a fun way!
