Training and Support

At Success Tutoring training, never ends! There are 3 main parts to training:

3 Day Training – This encompass all there is to know about running the Success Tutoring franchise system. This unclouded operations, marketing, Human resources and finance. Whether this is your first time running a business or your tenth- this will be sure to blow your socks off!

6 Month Onboarding – All franchise partners receive 6 month one-on-one training with the founder of Success Tutoring, Michael Black or a Success Tutoring consultant which is designed to provide personalised onboarding. This is a personalised business coach to keep you accountable and on-track to reaching your business goals!

12 Month Ongoing Support – Being part of the Success Tutoring franchise family means that you get to connect with franchise partners across Australia. You will get the opportunity to join monthly catch up strategy calls to learn more about what is working for other franchise partners, bounce ideas off each other and grow your business!

Marketing Support

There are 2 areas of marketing provided

1. Launch & Pre-marketing Support

As Success Tutoring runs as a membership model, it allows franchise partners to capitalise on something very few businesses can benefit from. That is, ‘foundation memberships’ ! Similar to how a gym conducts pre-marketing activities, Success Tutoring does just that. This means that from the very beginning, franchise partners can expect positive cashflow.

With a dedicated onboarding team and pre-marketing strategy plan (with sales call coaching) which is a 12 week marketing plan; franchise partners can expect to be cash flow positive from THE FIRST DAY OF OPERATING!

This allows franchise partners to focus on customer service and profitability. It could also put a franchise partner in a position to hire a manager and open a second Success Tutoring franchise.

2. Ongoing Marketing Support

At Success Tutoring training, we offer internal social media and local marketing to all our franchise partners. This means we don’t just take a holistic approach to marketing and advertising. We recognise that each Success Tutoring franchise local is unique in its own way, which is why we provide sophisticated in house social media management and social media marketing advice. Our internal HQ team provide franchise partners with marketing advice and run social marketing ads for your centre.

Additional to local area marketing, Success Tutoring HQ regularly run national marketing initiatives which are designed to increase the number of students for all Success Tutoring locations, Australia wide. The great thing about the marketing support provided is that it does not come at any additional cost to franchise partners and is included in the ongoing franchise fee.
