Élise Billy is the founder and principal of EXB Legal. Unlike most lawyers, in addition to her legal background, Élise has an MBA and has run several of her own firms in addition to having worked in a Sema Group, a large multinational plc. This means that she really can appreciate the commercial issues that are facing you.

Her academic background includes her law degree from Oxford University, First Class Honours in Law Society Finals, and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD. Élise’s experience in law includes training at Lovells, a major London law firm, commercial solicitor at Harbottle & Lewis, in-house at Sema Group Plc. Prior to founding EXB Legal she worked as a senior commercial solicitor and the head of the franchising team at the largest law firm in the North West.

Élise also speaks several languages and is highly computer literate including having been UK managing director for an internet consultancy. Her other commercial experience includes having founded a management consultancy in London focusing on investment arrangements, business plans, financial forecasts and management strategy.
