The growth model is well timed: D1 Gym alone has 4-6 locations planned across the Midlands this year, before turning its focus to national expansion — and Ai1 is following that same trajectory, with several new locations planned nationally this year as the brand scales alongside its gym partners. The Investment

• ABT-registered, CPD-accredited training (initial and ongoing) for you and your team

• Central marketing launch support
• Continuous operational and clinical guidance

As an indication, the model projects a monthly gross profit of £9,000+, with an estimated return on investment of around 10 months — though performance will naturally vary by location. Full financial breakdowns and commercial projections are shared at the next stage of the process.

We'll also work with you directly to identify the ideal clinic location and can introduce you to a third-party finance partner if funding support is required.
