Are you looking for one of the UK’s top care franchises?
CareYourWay’s franchise model has been built from our highly successful family-owned home care business – rated in the top 2% of all UK operators by the CQC (Care Quality Commission).
Our first franchisees followed the business model, took our guidance, applied their skills and grew from zero to £1m turnover in year 1*.
Future stability | Deep rewards | Generous returns
Starting a business caring for people at home answers an urgent need in society, making this a stable, growing sector, one largely immune to political and economic turmoil. Better yet, advancing tech and AI presents a huge opportunity for your new business, rather being a threat.
It’s human-to-human, benefitting people throughout your local community, where working with passion, following a proven business model and applying sound values delivers real rewards.
What MATTERS most
We live by focusing on what matters most, with a wonderful caring culture that franchisees have embraced for their local businesses too.
As franchisor we are a multi-generational family team, providing franchisees a real breadth and depth of experience, a pure passion for care and stability for the network’s future.
Build your business following one of the very best models. A reputation for excellence – our template operation is rated in the top 2% of care providers by the CQC.
By taking care of the little details that really matter to our clients, a culture embraced across the network, franchisees also enjoy 28% of business coming through referrals.
Target a wide mix of private clients, avoiding the pressures of functional local authority care.
Franchisees enjoy direct access to the family’s huge breadth of skills, knowledge and experience to grow their business.
No industry experience needed. If neither you or your business partner have industry experience, employ a registered manager to nurture the care portion of your business.
Established in 2005 and launched as a franchise in 2021, we still have prime undeveloped territories available across the UK.
In contrast to many care providers, we support our client across their whole journey, from 30-minute visits to 24-hour live-in and complex end-of-life care. It’s a holistic approach, from providing guidance on funding options, to supporting family members through the hardest times.
People just like YOU
The CareYourWay franchise is a perfect route to building your own business in the care sector, and we welcome business partnerships too! In fact, our most successful franchisees combine an astute commercial-minded partner with a passionate people-person, someone who wants to lead from the front.

Over 900 monthly care hours in just six months: How CareYourWay Chichester is delivering results and changing lives
November 11, 2025
As demand for compassionate, high-quality home care continues to surge, CareYourWay is proving how a values-driven franchise can thrive in the sector.
One of the latest and most impressive success stories in our network is CareYourWay Chichester, launched in April 2025 by husband and wife team Mark and Gemma Chambers.
In just six months, the business has grown rapidly. Not only are they now delivering over 900 hours of care to clients each month, they have also become the No1 rated home care provider in their region.
This remarkable early success is testament to both Mark and Gemma’s relentless hard work, and the strength of our quality-first business model – a fantastic opportunity available to all new franchisees with the right motivations and mindset.
How first-hand experience of the care sector sowed the seed
For Mark and Gemma, the motivation to enter the home care sector was deeply personal.
Having supported their own parents through their care requirements, they witnessed the wide range of care quality across the sector.
“When my own parents were in need of care in recent years, I saw first-hand lots of great care being delivered – but also lots of bad care,” explains Mark.
“My wife is a Registered Manager and mobile chiropodist, who regularly visited care homes, and she experienced the same good and bad of the care system too.
“We knew there had to be a better way, where care is consistently high quality, and people could feel safe and comfortable in their own homes, rather than move into a full-time care home.
“Knowing there would be many people in the same position we found ourselves in, we thought starting a home care business would be worth exploring.
“It would enable us to really make a difference and ensure people always received the very best quality care each and every time. So we started to look for business opportunities that enabled us to do this.”
Finding a people-first franchise that felt right
Mark and Gemma’s vision led them to search for a home care franchise that could help them make a difference to those requiring care in their community.
“We looked at several different options, but CareYourWay really stood out to us,” explains Mark.
“Without sounding cheesy, they were the only franchisor for whom we felt the quality of service was the absolute number one priority. They weren’t focused on just numbers or financial projections – they were focused on the people.”
Mark and Gemma began speaking with CareYourWay about franchise opportunities in late 2023. What sealed their decision to join was a visit to our head office in South Devon, where they met the Sabater family, who founded and run the business.
“We instantly felt that family culture from meeting everyone. Everything was about delivering outstanding care and changing people’s lives for the better. That completely aligned with our values and we just knew it was the right decision for us.”
During this discovery stage, Mark and Gemma were also encouraged to speak with current franchisees to learn more about their experiences.
“We spoke with Sobia and Shahid at CareYourWay Hertfordshire. They reinforced the key message: focus on the quality of care, and everything else will follow. That stuck with us and made us even more certain we were making the right decision.”
Feeling supported every step of the way through the launch process
The couple signed their franchise agreement in October 2024, almost a year to the day after their initial conversations with the head office team.
“We wanted to self-fund our franchise, so we took our time in getting everything in place,” says Mark.
“We actually signed the agreement the day before CareYourWay’s annual conference, so we immediately travelled down and met the wider franchise network. This was a great way to feel instantly involved and get the ball rolling.”
They hit the ground running with CareYourWay’s comprehensive training programme, which included two full weeks of director and Registered Manager training.
“The training and support is brilliant. Everything is covered, from systems and scheduling, to compliance and finance. And if you ever need extra support, the head office team is always right there to help you. They even put on tailored sessions to meet your needs.”
Their CQC application process was completed in February 2025 – which was fast tracked thanks to the head office’s extensive experience in securing the approval – paving the way for CareYourWay Chichester to open its doors.
The business officially launched in April 2025, with their first client signing up after just three weeks.
“The feeling of signing our first client was incredible,” recalls Mark. “That early validation was huge for us and we couldn’t wait to start making a positive impact on the life of the client and their family.”
Rapidly building a reputation for excellence
After securing their first client, momentum built quickly.
In the following month, another four clients were on the books, with Gemma helping to deliver the care.
“We underestimated how quickly things would take off,” admits Mark. “But it’s been a positive challenge. The difference we make to people’s lives is the reason we’re doing this. It’s so far removed from the corporate world.”
What has given Mark and Gemma the most pride so far is the feedback they have received.
“After working with our initial clients for a month, they proactively asked if they could leave us a review online. By the end of July, we hit ten 10/10 reviews on Homecare.co.uk.
“They were all unprompted and came from clients and families who wanted to share their genuine experiences. It spoke volumes about the level of care we set out to deliver.”
These reviews saw CareYourWay Chichester become the No1 rated home care provider in the region – a remarkable achievement after just three months in operation.
Scaling sustainably with support from all the family
As of October 2025, just six months after launch, the business is now delivering over 900 hours of care per month.
Solid long-term client care packages in place, being delivered by a growing team of five carers.
“We’re now recruiting heavily to meet the demand,” says Mark. “And we’re getting an increasing number of referrals directly from existing clients, which is the best endorsement we could ask for.”
Recruitment efforts and challenges are supported by the CareYourWay head office team, who remain closely involved in the day-to-day journey of each franchisee.
“The level of support they provide is fantastic. You never feel like you’re on your own,” Mark adds.
It’s clear Mark and Gemma have created a truly family-centred culture at CareYourWay Chichester, with their daughter also now involved in the business. Together they bring the perfect blend of professional skill and heartfelt care to their clients.
“We’ve brought those CareYourWay family values into our franchise. We know every client, and we’re building real relationships. That’s what sets us apart.”
The three key goals driving CareYourWay Chichester forwards
Looking to the future, Mark states he has three clear goals:
Become leaders in outstanding home care
Achieve financial freedom
Leave a legacy for their children and the CareYourWay brand
“I keep a note on my desk with those three goals written on, which I look at every single day. It’s a constant reminder of what we are working so hard towards.”
Mark and Gemma plan to continue scaling the business carefully, with a laser focus on maintaining the highest standards.
“We want to grow the business to a significant level in the next few years and go from there. I’m the sort of person who always needs to be busy, so I may always keep an interest in the business, even if we look to exit in years to come.
“Most important to us is that we never drop our standards. The business’ utmost priority must always be on delivering for our clients, no matter what.
“In the short-term, we are focused on continuing to grow our client base and hours, and win awards for home care in our local area.”
Mark’s top tips for future CareYourWay franchisees
For those thinking about starting their own CareYourWay franchise, Mark has straightforward advice.
“If you genuinely care and want to make a difference, you’re starting from the right place. It’s not easy – you need to be prepared to put in the hours, have a plan, and stick to it – but it is so rewarding once you get going.”
He also emphasises the importance of communication with head office and setting the right goals for you.
“Make sure you use the head office team at every opportunity. They have done it all successfully for 20 years, so use their experience, ask questions, and learn from them. Then go out and make your own mark.
“Ultimately, running the business is about setting goals, hitting them, then resetting and going again. Yes, your financial targets might evolve, but if you stay focused on delivering outstanding care, everything else will follow – just as we were told.”
