Are you looking for one of the UK’s top care franchises?
Our first franchisees followed the business model, took our guidance, applied their skills and grew from zero to £1m turnover in year 1*.
Future stability | Deep rewards | Generous returns
Starting a business caring for people at home answers an urgent need in society, making this a stable, growing sector, one largely immune to political and economic turmoil. Better yet, advancing tech and AI presents a huge opportunity for your new business, rather being a threat.
It’s human-to-human, benefitting people throughout your local community, where working with passion, following a proven business model and applying sound values delivers real rewards.
What MATTERS most
We live by focusing on what matters most, with a wonderful caring culture that franchisees have embraced for their local businesses too.
As franchisor we are a multi-generational family team, providing franchisees a real breadth and depth of experience, a pure passion for care and stability for the network’s future.
- Build your business following one of the very best models. A reputation for excellence – our template operation is rated in the top 2% of care providers by the CQC.
- By taking care of the little details that really matter to our clients, a culture embraced across the network, franchisees also enjoy 28% of business coming through referrals.
- Target a wide mix of private clients, avoiding the pressures of functional local authority care.
- Franchisees enjoy direct access to the family’s huge breadth of skills, knowledge and experience to grow their business.
- No industry experience needed. If neither you or your business partner have industry experience, employ a registered manager to nurture the care portion of your business.
- Established in 2005 and launched as a franchise in 2021, we still have prime undeveloped territories available across the UK.
People just like YOU
The CareYourWay franchise is a perfect route to building your own business in the care sector, and we welcome business partnerships too! In fact, our most successful franchisees combine an astute commercial-minded partner with a passionate people-person, someone who wants to lead from the front.
When we were looking for a franchise within this sector, we did not want to settle for mediocrity. When we started speaking to CareYourWay, we felt deeply aligned with their family values, and after discovering that the model is based off a CQC ‘Outstanding’ operation in the top 1% of UK care providers, that was the driving force we needed.
In our first financial year, we reached £1,000,000 turnover, and I just can’t believe it. We’ve changed thousands of lives so far, all made possible by Head Office. We wouldn’t be here without them
Support from Head Office is amazing. Next to none. We meet with Michelle weekly which is fantastic – we’re following an amazing process with a great and clear direction. We’ve never been in this industry, so it’s all extremely valuable.
CareYourWay cared for my Mum at the end of her life. They were amazing - they went above and beyond with anything that she needed. The team were just brilliant, and that made me want to join and become a franchise member.
Care is hard work and carries a lot of responsibility, we don’t believe you can succeed in this sector without ‘caring’ and that brings its own stresses. With a business partner and all of us at head office, you won’t ever be alone on this business journey.
Investment + Returns

CareYourWay celebrates 20 years of outstanding, award-winning, family-led home care
Honouring two decades of compassionate care in South Devon while empowering franchise partners to bring CareYourWay’s family-centred model to more communities nationwide.
From local family values to a national franchise vision.
This week, CareYourWay’s founders and flagship South Devon team came together to celebrate 20 years of raising the standard of home care — driven by a belief that every person deserves to feel safe, independent, and able to truly thrive in the place they call home.
What started in 2005 as a small, family-led service has grown into a nationally recognised home care provider and franchise network. Today, CareYourWay’s approach empowers local franchise partners across the UK to deliver the same relationship-led, personalised support that families have trusted for two decades.
While the organisation has evolved over time, its purpose remains unchanged: to transform lives through outstanding care, providing the same kind of compassionate care that founders Manuel and Sarah Sabater wanted for their own loved ones — delivered locally by teams who understand the communities they serve.
A celebration of people, partnerships, and shared purpose.
A special anniversary celebration brought together clients, families, carers, healthcare professionals, partners, and support teams to reflect on the journey so far.
More than a milestone event, the gathering offered an opportunity to celebrate the relationships that define outstanding home care — connections built over months and often years between carers, clients, and their families.
Guests were welcomed with refreshments and live music performed by members of the CareYourWay team, creating a warm and uplifting atmosphere that reflected the organisation’s close-knit culture.
Throughout the afternoon, conversations between care teams and the people they support served as a powerful reminder that care is not simply a service — it is a partnership built on trust, familiarity, and reassurance during some of life’s most vulnerable moments.
Co-Founder and CEO, Sarah Sabater, shared:
While we are incredibly proud of how far we’ve come, this celebration is really about the people who made it possible. Our clients, our team and the families who place their trust in us are the reason CareYourWay exists. We remain committed to delivering the kind of care we would want for our own loved ones.
Recognising the dedication behind outstanding care.
A particularly moving moment of the celebration came as three of CareYourWay’s longest-serving team members were recognised for their years of loyal service.
Having dedicated nearly two decades to supporting people within their own homes, their commitment embodies the compassion, consistency, and reliability that families rely on every day.
As they received special gifts in recognition of their contribution, founders Manuel and Sarah Sabater reflected on the countless lives that have been supported through their work — prompting smiles, applause, and heartfelt appreciation from colleagues, clients, and relatives alike.
For many families in attendance, these carers were not simply members of staff, but trusted companions who had walked alongside them through illness, recovery, and significant life changes.
Championing social inclusion across our franchise network.
Alongside reflections on CareYourWay’s journey so far, speeches and presentations throughout the celebration also shone a light on the organisation’s ongoing mission to promote social inclusion and combat loneliness within the communities it serves.
Guests were reminded that outstanding care extends beyond practical support — it’s about ensuring people feel connected, valued, and able to participate in everyday life. This commitment was brought to life through a showcase of CareYourWay’s annual Present for a Pensioner campaign, a heartfelt initiative that continues to bring companionship and festive joy to older people who may otherwise feel isolated during the winter months.
It was also a pleasure to welcome special guest Sarah Cressall, CEO and Founder of The Creation Station, who joined the team on the day with a selection of fun, accessible arts and crafts activities for guests to enjoy.
Spending time meeting clients, families, and care teams, Sarah joined conversations around the future of inclusive, community-based care ahead of an exciting new national partnership between CareYourWay and The Creation Station, launching this Spring.
Bringing together two purpose-driven franchise organisations — both led by inspirational founders named Sarah — this collaboration represents a meaningful new addition to the CareYourWay service. Through creative activities delivered both in person and at home, clients will have even more opportunities to stay engaged, express themselves, and connect with others.
Crucially, it means participation will be possible no matter where someone receives support — helping franchise partners across the UK to further enrich the lives of the clients and communities they serve.
Sarah Cressall shared:
“I felt so proud to be invited to be part of the CareYourWays' 20th Anniversary celebrations and to provide some fun, easy crafting activities for their wonderful guests. It was a joy to see so much love, creativity, and connection in the room.
A special mention to the wonderful Sarah Sabater, Founder & CEO, who is an absolute inspiration. Not only for founding and leading an award-winning business, but also as a powerful speaker who completely lit up the room. She reminded us all just how valued and wonderful the people working in the care sector are, and equally, those who receive that care.Thank you for such a memorable and inspiring day. I’m also excited for future collaborations - so do watch this beautiful space.”
Looking ahead: supporting communities, together.
As CareYourWay continues to grow its franchise network across the UK, the anniversary served as both a celebration of past impact and a reaffirmation of its future mission.
By equipping local franchise partners with the tools, training, and support to deliver person-centred home care, the organisation is helping more families access services that prioritise dignity, independence, and connection.
Twenty years on from its beginnings in South Devon, CareYourWay remains committed to delivering care that supports not only individuals, but the families and communities who stand beside them — ensuring that compassionate, high-quality support can be experienced wherever it is needed most.
