Are you looking for one of the UK’s top care franchises?

CareYourWay’s franchise model has been built from our highly successful family-owned home care business – rated in the top 2% of all UK operators by the CQC (Care Quality Commission).

Our first franchisees followed the business model, took our guidance, applied their skills and grew from zero to £1m turnover in year 1*.

Future stability |  Deep rewards |  Generous returns

Starting a business caring for people at home answers an urgent need in society, making this a stable, growing sector, one largely immune to political and economic turmoil. Better yet, advancing tech and AI presents a huge opportunity for your new business, rather being a threat.

It’s human-to-human, benefitting people throughout your local community, where working with passion, following a proven business model and applying sound values delivers real rewards.

What MATTERS most

We live by focusing on what matters most, with a wonderful caring culture that franchisees have embraced for their local businesses too.

As franchisor we are a multi-generational family team, providing franchisees a real breadth and depth of experience, a pure passion for care and stability for the network’s future.

  • Build your business following one of the very best models. A reputation for excellence – our template operation is rated in the top 2% of care providers by the CQC.
  • By taking care of the little details that really matter to our clients, a culture embraced across the network, franchisees also enjoy 28% of business coming through referrals.
  • Target a wide mix of private clients, avoiding the pressures of functional local authority care.
  • Franchisees enjoy direct access to the family’s huge breadth of skills, knowledge and experience to grow their business.
  • No industry experience needed. If neither you or your business partner have industry experience, employ a registered manager to nurture the care portion of your business.
  • Established in 2005 and launched as a franchise in 2021, we still have prime undeveloped territories available across the UK.
In contrast to many care providers, we support our client across their whole journey, from 30-minute visits to 24-hour live-in and complex end-of-life care. It’s a holistic approach, from providing guidance on funding options, to supporting family members through the hardest times.

People just like YOU

The CareYourWay franchise is a perfect route to building your own business in the care sector, and we welcome business partnerships too! In fact, our most successful franchisees combine an astute commercial-minded partner with a passionate people-person, someone who wants to lead from the front.

I feel like I’m never disconnected from Head Office: if there’s anything I ever need, I’m always able to call them. They have repeatedly told me that they’re only a phone call away, and they’ve proven it. It’s genuinely the best support I’ve ever seen.

In our first financial year, we reached £1,000,000 turnover, and I just can’t believe it. We’ve changed thousands of lives so far, all made possible by Head Office. We wouldn’t be here without them

Support from Head Office is amazing. Next to none. We meet with Michelle weekly which is fantastic – we’re following an amazing process with a great and clear direction. We’ve never been in this industry, so it’s all extremely valuable.

Head Office are amazing. I can literally ring at any time. It really puts that warmth into you knowing that you’ve got that support. You know you can do anything because you’ve got Head Office behind you.

Care is hard work and carries a lot of responsibility, we don’t believe you can succeed in this sector without ‘caring’ and that brings its own stresses. With a business partner and all of us at head office, you won’t ever be alone on this business journey.

Investment + Returns

The total initial investment varies from £80k - £130k depending on your business plan. Thanks to our proven track record, 60% bank funding is available subject to status, so you can get started with a minimum of £39,500 of your own funds. This includes working capital to cover costs during the CQC certification process and then the time to build your new business up to deliver ongoing profits.

Your initial aim, to build a £1.5m turnover care business in your first territory, provides a real gateway to not only establish yourself as a successful franchisee, but open the opportunity to scale into multiple territories thereafter. The financial returns can be very impressive, both ongoing and at sale.

Support for your Journey

We focus on what matters most for you at the different stages of your businesses journey – starting with 18-months of dedicated, specialist training through our unique CareYourWay Academy.

Ongoing mentoring and support for:
  • Launch and ongoing marketing and sales
  • Business planning and financial management
  • Recruitment of your RM, carers and management team
  • Training and support on our franchisee App ‘FranchiseBase’
  • Advice on client funding consultations
  • Regulatory compliance with CQC/HR/H&S/HMRC
There are some common stages to growing your business, but everyone progresses at their own pace. From our experience, the better you are at developing authentic commercial relationships, the faster your business will grow.

You will need to work really hard at first, raising awareness in your community to attract both clients and carers.

Scale

As your care hours really grow, so will your management team. This is an exciting period as your business scales up.

Consolidate

Your role moves to leading by example and protecting your culture. You should now be able to enjoy a rewarding work-life balance.

Specialise

With your business established, now is the time to develop specialist areas of care that you are particularly passionate about.

Evolve

Consider adding a second territory or maybe now is the right time for you to realise the value of your asset and sell your business?

An Inspirational Day in Liverpool

The North West Care Roadshow launched with impact on Tuesday, 13th May 2025, at Liverpool’s Aintree Racecourse. The opening session, titled “Person-Centred Care in Practice: Approaches for Supporting Individuals, Including Those with Dementia” was chaired by CareYourWay CEO Sarah Sabater and brought together a panel of professionals whose passion for meaningful care was unmistakable.

Joining Sarah were her son and CareYourWay COO, Jonathan Sabater; Becky Roberts, Director and Registered Manager at CareYourWay Chester; Sarah Jennings of Majesticare; and Tim Howell from Home Instead. Each panellist contributed thoughtful insight, grounded not only in their roles as leaders in the care sector, but also in personal experience that added depth and sincerity to the conversation.

Best Practice & What Matters Most

At the heart of the discussion was a shared belief: person-centred care must go beyond good intentions and be embedded in daily interactions. It’s not just about plans or policies — it’s about people. The panel explored how recognising the individual preferences, histories, and routines of those we care for transforms the quality of support. A familiar tune, a comforting phrase, a cup of tea made just right — these small acts hold immense power.

The conversation also tackled the importance of equipping care teams with more than just technical skills. Emotional intelligence, confidence, and a strong sense of purpose were identified as essential qualities in care professionals, particularly in dementia care where sensitivity and empathy are vital. Sarah remarked:

Chairing this panel was a real honour — and, I’ll be honest, a huge responsibility. Standing in front of hundreds of passionate professionals, all eager to make a difference, was humbling. But it also reminded me why this work matters so deeply. Person-centred care isn’t just best practice — it’s the only practice. When we lead with empathy and truly see the individual, we don’t just support lives — we transform them.

The Importance of Culture in Care

In a particularly moving moment, Tim and Jonathan shared their personal journeys of supporting loved ones living with dementia. Their reflections brought a touching authenticity to the session, underscoring how professional care is often deeply informed by personal experience — and how the best practices are born from a place of empathy and real understanding.

As the session drew to a close, the panel shifted its focus to leadership and organisational culture. They discussed how values-led leadership — where compassion, respect, and accountability are modelled from the top — lays the foundation for a truly person-centred approach. When teams feel supported and aligned with these values, exceptional care follows.

For Sarah and Jonathan, the session marked a proud moment representing CareYourWay, made even more meaningful by the inclusion of Becky Roberts, whose work at the Chester branch is a shining example of the company’s ethos in action.

The room was full, the discussion deeply resonant, and the message unmistakable: person-centred care isn’t a model to follow — it’s a mindset to live by.
