Investment + Returns


The total initial investment varies from £80k - £130k depending on your business plan. Thanks to our proven track record, 60% bank funding is available subject to status, so you can get started with a minimum of £39,500 of your own funds. This includes working capital to cover costs during the CQC certification process and then the time to build your new business up to deliver ongoing profits.

Your initial aim, to build a £1.5m turnover care business in your first territory, provides a real gateway to not only establish yourself as a successful franchisee, but open the opportunity to scale into multiple territories thereafter. The financial returns can be very impressive, both ongoing and at sale.

CareYourWay closes the 2025 Care Roadshow season by championing dementia understanding, person-centred home care and industry growth through shared learning.

The Care Roadshows are a leading series of UK events that bring together care providers, sector leaders, and innovators for a day of seminars, exhibitions, and networking. Each Roadshow offers CPD‑accredited sessions, updates from regulators, and showcases of the latest technologies and services driving adult social care forward. For CareYourWay, participating provides a platform to highlight best practices, share insights, and inspire both care professionals and prospective franchise partners.

In 2025, CEO Sarah Sabater and COO Jonathan Sabater delivered two seminars and concluded the year at Care Roadshow Wales with a thought-provoking panel discussion. Their sessions combined practical guidance for care teams with insight into CareYourWay’s franchise model, demonstrating how structured support, innovative training, and person-centred philosophy work together to raise standards across the sector.

Advancing Dementia Care Through Empathy and Understanding

A central focus was dementia care, exploring how teams can provide confident, compassionate support. The discussion covered:

  • Communicating clearly and empathetically, tailored to each individual’s preferences.
  • Recognising emotional cues and responding to changes in behaviour.

Attendees appreciated the emphasis on emotional intelligence over purely task-based care, reflecting CareYourWay’s belief that meaningful understanding should be central to every care interaction.
