Future stability | Deep rewards | Generous returns
Starting a business caring for people at home answers an urgent need in society, making this a stable, growing sector, one largely immune to political and economic turmoil. Better yet, advancing tech and AI presents a huge opportunity for your new business, rather being a threat.
It’s human-to-human, benefitting people throughout your local community, where working with passion, following a proven business model and applying sound values delivers real rewards.
What MATTERS most
We live by focusing on what matters most, with a wonderful caring culture that franchisees have embraced for their local businesses too.
As franchisor we are a multi-generational family team, providing franchisees a real breadth and depth of experience, a pure passion for care and stability for the network’s future.
- Build your business following one of the very best models. A reputation for excellence – our template operation is rated in the top 2% of care providers by the CQC.
- By taking care of the little details that really matter to our clients, a culture embraced across the network, franchisees also enjoy 28% of business coming through referrals.
- Target a wide mix of private clients, avoiding the pressures of functional local authority care.
- Franchisees enjoy direct access to the family’s huge breadth of skills, knowledge and experience to grow their business.
- No industry experience needed. If neither you or your business partner have industry experience, employ a registered manager to nurture the care portion of your business.
- Established in 2005 and launched as a franchise in 2021, we still have prime undeveloped territories available across the UK.
People just like YOU
The CareYourWay franchise is a perfect route to building your own business in the care sector, and we welcome business partnerships too! In fact, our most successful franchisees combine an astute commercial-minded partner with a passionate people-person, someone who wants to lead from the front.
When we were looking for a franchise within this sector, we did not want to settle for mediocrity. When we started speaking to CareYourWay, we felt deeply aligned with their family values, and after discovering that the model is based off a CQC ‘Outstanding’ operation in the top 1% of UK care providers, that was the driving force we needed.
In our first financial year, we reached £1,000,000 turnover, and I just can’t believe it. We’ve changed thousands of lives so far, all made possible by Head Office. We wouldn’t be here without them
Support from Head Office is amazing. Next to none. We meet with Michelle weekly which is fantastic – we’re following an amazing process with a great and clear direction. We’ve never been in this industry, so it’s all extremely valuable.
CareYourWay cared for my Mum at the end of her life. They were amazing - they went above and beyond with anything that she needed. The team were just brilliant, and that made me want to join and become a franchise member.
Care is hard work and carries a lot of responsibility, we don’t believe you can succeed in this sector without ‘caring’ and that brings its own stresses. With a business partner and all of us at head office, you won’t ever be alone on this business journey.

New CareYourWay Franchise Launches in Macclesfield Following Founder’s Personal Care Journey
Jennifer Jenkins launches with a nurse-led, family-focused approach, bringing compassionate home care and community support to Cheshire East.
A major new home care provider has officially launched in Macclesfield, bringing a deeply personal, clinical, and values-led approach to supporting local residents in the comfort of their own homes.
CareYourWay Macclesfield marked its official arrival with a community-focused launch event at Gawsworth Village Hall, welcoming local older people, family carers, and prominent civic leaders, including the Mayor of Cheshire East. The event set a clear benchmark for the service's commitment to delivering genuine value and integration within the local area.
Behind the new venture is Jennifer Jenkins, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner whose journey into franchise ownership combines over two decades of high-level clinical expertise with a deeply personal mission.
From Clinical Excellence to Personal Purpose
Jennifer qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2002, building a distinguished career in emergency medicine and general practice. After earning a Master’s degree in Advanced Clinical Practice in 2012, she worked as a senior Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP), eventually becoming a practice frailty lead and managing care for residents with complex needs and dementia.
However, her decision to establish CareYourWay Macclesfield was ultimately driven by her own family's experiences. Following the heartbreaking loss of her mother to Alzheimer’s disease in 2024, Jennifer experienced the stark contrasts of the care sector firsthand, witnessing both exceptional and deeply disappointing standards of support.
During one of the hardest moments her family faced, Jennifer discovered CareYourWay not through a corporate brochure, but as a client. It was the exceptional, compassionate care her mother received from CareYourWay Stockport that altered her path. Witnessing the team go above and beyond to preserve her mother’s dignity and comfort under difficult circumstances provided profound reassurance.
Having seen firsthand the life-changing difference that truly excellent, person-centred care can make, Jennifer was inspired to turn her personal grief into a community purpose. Determined to ensure other families in her local area experienced that same exceptional standard of support, she made the decision to join the CareYourWay franchise to serve the areas of Macclesfield, Knutsford and Buxton.
The company’s family-focused origins, outstanding reputation, and uncompromised commitment to dignity, autonomy, and person-centred care perfectly matched her own professional and personal values.
A Launch Event Centred on Care and Community
To introduce the service to Cheshire East, Jennifer designed a launch event focused entirely on community welfare rather than a commercial sales pitch. Reflecting the business’s core principles of knowledge, responsibility, and integrity, the event featured vital safety and well-being talks from Cheshire Police, the Fire and Rescue Service, and Dementia UK.
"With the police and fire service there, I placed myself and my business deliberately in a context where knowledge, responsibility and integrity are paramount," Jennifer explained. "My personal values and those of CareYourWay are what underpin my business; I wanted the event to embody them, so that when someone is looking for person-centred care which protects dignity and independence, they would think of us."Attendees were treated to a home-cooked lunch alongside a raffle featuring prizes from local organisations, including Macclesfield Football Club. Guests also took home complimentary rehydration Jelly Drops and tomato plants, further emphasising the warm, neighbourly atmosphere Jennifer intends to cultivate across the region. Michelle Hoare, Franchise Development Manager of CareYourWay, also spoke at the event, sharing the original story and family ethos behind the brand, reinforcing the standard of caring excellence clients can expect.
The CareYourWay Brand: A Culture of Excellence Founded on Family
CareYourWay was originally founded in 2005 by husband-and-wife team Manuel and Sarah Sabater. Much like Jennifer’s own journey, the brand’s inception was born out of profound personal adversity. After witnessing a stark lack of dignity and poor service standards when Sarah’s father was diagnosed with terminal cancer, the couple knew they could do better and vowed to transform the care experience for other families.
Shortly after his passing, the family’s commitment to excellent home care was tested further when Sarah’s mother was diagnosed with dementia. Choosing to care for her entirely at home, the Sabater family utilised their bespoke, warm, and dignified care model, enabling her to live happily in her own surroundings with an incredible quality of life for an additional nine years. This beautiful, close-to-heart experience solidified the company's "family caring for yours" philosophy.
Meeting a Growing Demand
CareYourWay Macclesfield provides an extensive spectrum of services tailored to individuals aged 18 and over, ranging from vital companionship and daily domestic assistance to highly specialised dementia care and medicalised end-of-life support.
The response from the Macclesfield community has been immediate, with client enquiries already outpacing initial expectations. To sustainably manage this growth while maintaining strict care standards, the provider is actively recruiting, with plans to welcome at least four additional professional carers to the team over the next two months.
"Providing personalised care that respects each individual's independence, dignity, and autonomy is at the heart of everything we do," says Jennifer Jenkins, Director and Registered Manager. "We always knew the demand for outstanding home care was there. Making these connections myself, having conversations with families who are struggling, and being able to offer genuine support has felt like a true gift. I couldn’t be happier about building this team to serve our community."
