Initially you can work from your home office, focusing on growing your contracts, with the constant support of your BDM’s 1-2-
1 guidance for every element of your business. This will enable you to learn and grow in confidence as you work together. We don’t know of another franchise with this level of personal mentoring in the UK.
Once your business is established your role elevates to leading your management team, who will oversee your operators. This will free you to focus on maintaining and building client relationships.

Franchise support team helps new NIC Local business owner achieve 240% of his first-year forecast

We are delighted to share the news that one of NIC Local newest franchisees, Luke Reeves, has secured a substantial multi-year contract with a major pharmaceutical company.
The contract covers the extensive commercial cleaning requirements at the client’s production facility in the South West of England, a region that Luke’s franchise covers.
Expressing his enthusiasm about the contract win, Luke said: “We are thrilled to be awarded and trusted with the cleaning services at such an important site. We were able to demonstrate that we can add value to and compliance with the good manufacturing practice (GMP) regulations.
“We look forward to welcoming our new colleagues over the coming weeks.”
Turbocharging the start of Luke’s franchise
This big contract win is the latest acceleration in what is an incredibly strong start to Luke’s NIC Local business.
Despite his franchise only officially launching in April 2024, Luke has already achieved an incredible 240% of his business plan customer acquisition forecast for the first year of trading after just five months.
