Are you looking for one of the UK’s top care franchises?
Our first franchisees followed the business model, took our guidance, applied their skills and grew from zero to £1m turnover in year 1*.
Future stability | Deep rewards | Generous returns
Starting a business caring for people at home answers an urgent need in society, making this a stable, growing sector, one largely immune to political and economic turmoil. Better yet, advancing tech and AI presents a huge opportunity for your new business, rather being a threat.
It’s human-to-human, benefitting people throughout your local community, where working with passion, following a proven business model and applying sound values delivers real rewards.
What MATTERS most
We live by focusing on what matters most, with a wonderful caring culture that franchisees have embraced for their local businesses too.
As franchisor we are a multi-generational family team, providing franchisees a real breadth and depth of experience, a pure passion for care and stability for the network’s future.
- Build your business following one of the very best models. A reputation for excellence – our template operation is rated in the top 2% of care providers by the CQC.
- By taking care of the little details that really matter to our clients, a culture embraced across the network, franchisees also enjoy 28% of business coming through referrals.
- Target a wide mix of private clients, avoiding the pressures of functional local authority care.
- Franchisees enjoy direct access to the family’s huge breadth of skills, knowledge and experience to grow their business.
- No industry experience needed. If neither you or your business partner have industry experience, employ a registered manager to nurture the care portion of your business.
- Established in 2005 and launched as a franchise in 2021, we still have prime undeveloped territories available across the UK.
People just like YOU
The CareYourWay franchise is a perfect route to building your own business in the care sector, and we welcome business partnerships too! In fact, our most successful franchisees combine an astute commercial-minded partner with a passionate people-person, someone who wants to lead from the front.
When we were looking for a franchise within this sector, we did not want to settle for mediocrity. When we started speaking to CareYourWay, we felt deeply aligned with their family values, and after discovering that the model is based off a CQC ‘Outstanding’ operation in the top 1% of UK care providers, that was the driving force we needed.
In our first financial year, we reached £1,000,000 turnover, and I just can’t believe it. We’ve changed thousands of lives so far, all made possible by Head Office. We wouldn’t be here without them
Support from Head Office is amazing. Next to none. We meet with Michelle weekly which is fantastic – we’re following an amazing process with a great and clear direction. We’ve never been in this industry, so it’s all extremely valuable.
CareYourWay cared for my Mum at the end of her life. They were amazing - they went above and beyond with anything that she needed. The team were just brilliant, and that made me want to join and become a franchise member.
Care is hard work and carries a lot of responsibility, we don’t believe you can succeed in this sector without ‘caring’ and that brings its own stresses. With a business partner and all of us at head office, you won’t ever be alone on this business journey.

CareYourWay Northern Growth Summit strengthens collaboration, leadership and regional development.
Bringing together franchise owners from across the North to explore performance, share operational insight and align on the next phase of regional growth within the CareYourWay network.
CareYourWay continues to strengthen its franchise network through collaboration, shared accountability and a commitment to raising standards in home care delivery across the UK.
The Northern Growth Summit, held in Manchester on 2nd June, brought together franchise partners and senior leaders to reflect on regional performance, align on priorities for growth, and reinforce a shared approach to delivering high-quality care at scale.
Rather than operating as a series of standalone discussions, the day focused on how the network can grow sustainably while maintaining consistency, accountability and strong local leadership across all regions.
The event combined strategic discussion with open forum conversation, allowing space for both leadership direction and operational insight in the form of feedback from those delivering care services on the ground.
Aligning growth with consistency and quality.
A central theme of the summit was how CareYourWay can continue to expand its franchise network while protecting the consistency and quality of care delivery.
Discussions focused on regional performance across the Northern network and how rising demand for home care can be met without compromising compliance standards or responsiveness to local needs.
Franchise partners contributed on-the-ground insights from their areas, highlighting both growth opportunities and the operational realities of delivering care in increasingly complex environments.
Across these conversations, a clear emphasis emerged: sustainable growth depends on maintaining operational stability and shared standards across the network, not growth at any cost.
Recognising collective achievement across the network.
A key moment in the day reflected on CareYourWay being awarded Emerging Franchisor of the Year at the British Franchise Awards 2025.
The recognition was discussed not as an individual milestone, but as a reflection of the wider franchise network’s performance and commitment to high standards of care.
Attention was drawn to the combined contribution of care teams, office staff and franchise partners who deliver consistent, person-centred support to individuals and families in their communities every day.
The discussion reinforced that external recognition is ultimately grounded in day-to-day operational excellence across the network.
Workforce sustainability as a critical challenge.
Workforce recruitment and retention in home care formed one of the most important and practical discussions of the summit.
Conversations explored what attracts people into care roles, and more importantly, what supports them to remain in the sector long term.
Rather than focusing solely on recruitment activity, emphasis was placed on the systems, structures and leadership approaches needed to support a stable and sustainable workforce.
There was shared agreement that workforce wellbeing and clarity of operational design are essential to maintaining both service quality and continuity of care.
Leadership, accountability and network alignment.
Leadership capability and accountability across the franchise network were also key areas of focus.
Discussions considered how leadership behaviours directly influence team culture, consistency of delivery and overall performance across local services.
Franchise partners shared experiences and practical approaches from their own regions, reinforcing the value of peer learning and collaboration in strengthening the wider network.
A strong theme throughout was the importance of alignment between franchise partners and central leadership to ensure consistency while still allowing for local responsiveness.
Purpose-led growth and long-term direction.
Alongside operational and leadership discussions, the summit provided space to reflect on the broader purpose underpinning CareYourWay’s work.
Conversations consistently returned to the importance of supporting independence, dignity and quality of life for people receiving care in their own homes.
This purpose was framed as the foundation of the organisation’s growth strategy, ensuring that expansion is always matched by strong standards, capable leadership and a stable workforce.
The summit reinforced that long-term success in home care depends on balancing commercial growth with sustained social impact.
Looking ahead across the CareYourWay network.
The Northern Growth Summit was very well received by franchise partners, with strong engagement throughout the day and open, practical discussion across all key areas.
There was clear value in bringing the network together in person to share experiences, reflect on progress and align on priorities in a way that felt relevant and useful at a local level.
Our leadership team looks forward to continued regional sessions across the UK, with the next Southern Summit taking place in just a few weeks’ time.
