Investment + Returns
The total initial investment varies from £80k - £130k depending on your business plan. Thanks to our proven track record, 60% bank funding is available subject to status, so you can get started with a minimum of £40,000 of your own funds. This includes working capital to cover costs during the CQC certification process and then the time to build your new business up to deliver ongoing profits.
Your initial aim, to build a £1.5m turnover care business in your first territory, provides a real gateway to not only establish yourself as a successful franchisee, but open the opportunity to scale into multiple territories thereafter. The financial returns can be very impressive, both ongoing and at sale.

CareYourWay among early adopters in UK care franchising to embed neuroscience-led master executive coaching
New fully-funded 1:1 coaching programme represents a major investment in leadership development, wellbeing and sustainable growth across the CareYourWay franchise network.
CareYourWay is becoming one of the first home care franchise brands in the UK to embed a neuroscience-led coaching model into the core support structure for its franchise partners.
The brand has very proudly announced a strategic partnership with franchise consultancy and coaching organisation Franchology to deliver structured one-to-one master executive coaching for franchise partners across its network.
While coaching support is increasingly common within franchising, the approach adopted by CareYourWay goes further. The programme is grounded in research from neuroscience and behavioural psychology, including the work of leadership expert Professor Richard Boyatzis of Case Western Reserve University and his Intentional Change Theory.
A key aspect of the initiative is that the executive coaching programme will be fully funded by CareYourWay Head Office for at least 18 months, reflecting the organisation’s long-term commitment to franchise partner development. Rather than placing the financial responsibility on individual franchise owners, CareYourWay has chosen to invest directly in providing professional coaching support across the network. The company believes that removing cost barriers ensures every franchise partner has access to high-quality leadership development, regardless of where they are in their business journey.
A coaching approach grounded in science.
Traditional franchise support models often focus heavily on operational problem solving. While effective for addressing immediate issues, this “problem-first” approach can unintentionally place leaders into a heightened stress response that limits clear thinking and creative decision-making.
Research in neuroscience suggests that when individuals operate primarily in this state, the brain’s threat response system becomes dominant, reducing cognitive flexibility and long-term strategic thinking.
The coaching methodology used by Franchology instead focuses on creating what Boyatzis describes as a Positive Emotional Attractor state. This psychological state activates areas of the brain associated with openness, motivation and learning.
