Training And Support

Our comprehensive training programme is designed to develop the skill set necessary to run a successful Wing Kingz franchise. Over the course of six weeks, you'll learn the ins and outs of business operations and how to deliver the level of service that sets us apart from our competitors.

In the first two weeks, you'll be based in our head office, learning about the details of the business and our proven management methods. The remaining four weeks will be spent in our Milton Keynes restaurant, where you, or your appointed manager, will get to grips with the day-to-day operations of a Wing Kingz branch.

Your success is our success, so you'll have access to our fantastic support network from day one. Our franchise partners continue to enjoy the advantages of our extensive expertise and successful track record in running multiple award-winning businesses across various industries.

Who Are We Looking For?

Our business model has been designed with flexibility in mind, so there is no ideal candidate profile for a Wing Kingz franchise partner. Our proven methods create an opportunity open to anyone with the right mindset.

A background in the food and beverage industry may be beneficial, but our extensive training programme allows all partners to develop a market-leading skillset in franchise management, regardless of previous experience.

As your own boss, you're free to manage your restaurant on your own terms. We'll offer as much or as little support as you need and allow you to operate the franchise using your preferred management style:

• Franchise Owner-Operator: Place yourself at the heart of the business, leading your team and dealing with customers directly as a hands-on restaurant owner and operator.
• Franchise Manager: Recruit a team leader to manage the day-to-day operations of your restaurant while you handle strategic and operational matters behind the scenes.

Whatever your approach, we'll tailor our assistance to best support your franchise.

Your Investment

The initial fee to become a Wing Kingz franchisee is £25,000 (plus VAT). This investment will grant you access to:

• The full franchise licence and right to trade under our brand
• Full training and ongoing support
• Exclusive territory with excellent growth potential
• Access to our preferred suppliers for food, alcohol, packaging, and branding etc.

The initial franchise agreement lasts for five years and is renewable, subject to specific criteria being met by the franchisee in agreement with the franchisor.

Other investment costs you should consider include:

• Leasing and setting up your site,
• Hiring or purchasing equipment, etc.

While these costs will vary depending on location, we've created a comprehensive breakdown based on our current locations, and we would be happy to discuss them with you further.

You will also require significant working capital to handle expenses such as hiring employees, procuring supplies, and day-to-day operational costs as you establish a local customer base. Wing Kingz does not provide direct financial support but has access to several attractive options to help with your investment through our network.
