We provide full training, assistance and guidance for all franchisees; together with a comprehensive franchise operation manual. This is all included within the franchise fee, and comprises several weeks; split between initial training within an existing store, pre-launch training, and further dedicated support post launch to ensure the smooth running of the site.

To guarantee top-notch training and support for your teams within your restaurant, we’ve developed a bespoke digital training platform that combines innovation with enjoyable learning experiences through our own Burger Drop Learning App.

Complementing this, we’ve assigned a committed franchise manager and a launch team to ensure the seamless operation of your opening weeks. Following that, our ongoing support involves a collaborative effort with our team and external partners, encompassing in-person and remote auditing, with mystery shopper experiences and visits from our internal team to ensure you’re always supported.

Our holistic approach also ensures any prospective franchisee will be provided with comprehensive support and expert guidance as pertains achieving funding requirements, site-search & acquisition, staff/management recruitment, franchisee & staff training, operational support (including top-level software), year-round marketing (including the all-important marketing launch), and post-opening mentoring and useful audit processes to help ensure success.
