Setting up your retail environment is an exciting time and there’s lots to think about. The first thing is the type of retail you want to set up.

There are 2 different types for you to choose from in the UK: kiosks and stores.

Kiosk

You’ll find kiosks within the main walkway of a shopping centre. They’re open to the public and have shopping space internally and externally on 4 sides.

Store

An Avon store is an enclosed unit that only sells Avon. Ideally this would be a blank canvass that is ready to be moved into and positioned in a busy high street or shopping centre.

FINANCIAL BENEFITS

1. 32% discount on all product costs.
2. Retail Average Pricing (RAP): we review any product promotions planned on a 6-monthly basis and calculate the average price. This is the price you will pay as the retailer (RAP). Your 32% discount will then be deducted from this amount.
3. Rebate: All purchases that go through your EPOS system will be subject to a 25% rebate that will be paid at the end of each month. This will be paid based on the RRP at the point of sale to the customer. Any purchases that don’t go through the EPOS system won’t be included.
4. Burners and Earners: After 6 months trading, you will be eligible for a Burners and Earners rebate, in addition to your standard rebate. You can unlock higher levels of rebate by meeting the retail standards set out in the retail contract. Avon also reserve the right to lower your rebate level if the minimum standards aren’t met.

SUPPORTING YOU

1. Testers: Avon are excited to be able to give you the first tester of any product on your kiosk or store, including the initial tester order for launch. Once you customers have used these up, you’ll be responsible for replacing them.
2. Training: You’ll have unlimited access to our Retail Training Platform packed with everything you need to be confident in product knowledge, selling skills and delivering targets. Plus, on the launch of your kiosk or store, we’ll give your entire team an onboarding training session, all you need to do it set the location and time and turn up.
3. Counter visuals: Strong visual execution, branding and engaging marketing assets will help drive footfall to your store. To ensure it’s always looking on point and up to date, Avon will provide all your launch materials AND monthly updates, including merchandising guidelines.
4. Recruitment: Recruiting your team is something you’ll want to do yourself, but we’ll be on hand to support with guidance on interviewing and recruitment days for your launch recruitment.
