Looking at the property market, Buy to Let properties are seen by investors (such as myself) as a secure long term investment. The rental market is expanding rapidly and there is a shortage of quality Buy to Let housing stock available to investors. Property Cashpoint is capitalising on this opportunity, offering a unique blend of products and services, to both investors and home owners I feel this is the place to be. As a Property Cashpoint franchise owner I source opportunities to purchase properties where the owners desire a quick sale - for example where a buyer can’t be found or a chain has broken down. I perform due diligence to arrive at an acceptable price, which can be up to 100 per cent market value, and then either lease back to the vendor or place long term tenants in through a local rental agency. These properties are then snapped up by Property Cashpoint’s growing database of over 900 investors. After an intensive two week training course and a further week of hands-on mentoring, I started trading as Property Cashpoint’s first franchise owner in May I’m hoping to earn over £100,000 in my first year, then I’ll start taking on employees and look at purchasing a second territory.
