Right at Home delivers the kind of care you would want for your own family
Our trusted services are highly personalised and go the extra mile to help people live happily and independently in their own homes.
It takes something special to create a homecare business that’s ranked as a leader by:
Clients & families: the UK’s highest rated national homecare group on the country’s largest care review website, homecare.co.uk, with a score of 9.9/10 based on over 3,500 reviews
The regulator: 34% of CQC-inspected branches rated Outstanding, against a national average of 3% of homecare providers
Its franchisees: We have the best track record in the care sector for franchisee satisfaction, with 11 consecutive years of Five Star Franchise awards to our name
Social care and franchise sectors: We have won multiple awards over the years, including the coveted Established Franchisor of the Year Award at the 2024 BFA HSBC UK British Franchising Awards and the Most Outstanding National Home Care Provider – Gold accolade at the 2024 Homecare Awards.
It’s the kind of reputation that can only be achieved when a franchisor’s leadership and passionate support teams work seamlessly with a collaborative, engaged network of like-minded franchisees.
And that can only happen when all stakeholders in the business share the same values, from CareGivers to managers and from founder to franchisees.
As a Right at Home franchise owner, we would support you to recruit an experienced care manager and a team of fantastic CareGivers. Your role would focus on business and people development, implementing our blended marketing strategy to attract high calibre staff, and self-funding clients looking for the best services available in the area.
We would also give you the tools to maintain exemplary standards of compliance within this highly regulated industry.
Successful franchisees are highly motivated to help other people, enjoy networking and engaging with their local community.
The support we receive from National Office is second-to-none. As a care business, they have a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Tapping into this has been immensely beneficial at each stage of my business development
As part of a national franchise network, staying ahead of the curve with marketing is crucial. Managing by myself can be overwhelming, and that's where the National Office marketing team really helps. They have been a source of reassurance, providing helpful guidance and responsive support. Allowing me to be creative, whilst enhancing my marketing strategy when promoting my franchise online. I highly recommend anyone in our network to reach out.
As I didn’t come from a care background, I was very conscious that I needed the backing of a solid organisation behind me, and since I started, Right at Home has delivered. I feel genuinely supported – the National Office team are always a phone call away and emails are always responded to. I feel very valued and, also, supported by my peers in the network who all work collaboratively together. I’ve never looked back and I’m really happy with my decision to join Right at Home.”

Right at Home UK named Franchisor of the Year at European Franchise Awards
The win reinforces the homecare provider’s commitment to offering the best possible support for its network of 80+ Franchise Owners

Right at Home UK is celebrating after scooping the top accolade at the European Franchise Awards 2025.
The national home care provider was named the winner of the prestigious Gold Award in the ‘Franchisor of the Year’ category, beating strong competition from a range of sectors across the continent.
Hosted by the European Franchise Federation at Le Bouche à Oreille in Brussels on September 11, the awards celebrate the best in franchising.
After being recognised as the UK Franchisor of the Year by the bfa last year, Right at Home UK was invited to compete against other top European winners – a challenge the provider was happy to accept.
The latest win reinforces the provider’s ongoing commitment to offering the best possible support for its 80+ Franchise Owners, equipping them with the practical resources and innovative tools they need to make a profound impact on the Clients and communities they serve.
Lucy Campbell, CEO at Right at Home UK, said: “Right at Home UK is incredibly honoured to be named the European Franchisor of the Year for 2025. This prestigious recognition, alongside our UK Franchisor of the Year award, underscores the strength of the entire Right at Home UK network. But it's more than just accolades; it's a deeply meaningful validation of the unwavering dedication, passion, and hard work of our Franchise Owners and their care teams – they are the heart and soul of our organisation.
“This dual achievement reflects the power of the collaborative partnerships we've fostered, built on mutual respect, a shared commitment to providing exceptional care, and a thriving franchise ecosystem that enables our franchisees to achieve remarkable success. We are immensely proud of what we've achieved together, and we remain fearlessly dedicated to supporting our Franchise Owners as we continue to take Right at Home UK from strength to strength.”
The European Franchise Awards marked a major success for British franchising, with five UK winners receiving prestigious accolades.
Pip Wilkins QFP, CEO of the BFA, who travelled to Brussels for the awards said: “What a proud, proud night for British franchising. We send our hugest congratulations to Right at Home, Stevens & Bolton, Canopy Nurseries, ERA Group and to Jon Radford from Football Fun Factory on their magnificent triumphs. They have all worked extraordinarily hard to get here and deserve every bit of the applause they received from their European colleagues on the night, displaying, as they have, the very best of British franchising.”
