Radfield Home Care: The role of AI in the care industry
No, they’re not replacing carers with robots. Real, meaningful human connection is at the very heart of everything Radfield Home Care does, both as a care provider, and as a franchise and that will never change.

However, they have been leading the way in the industry with the use of AI systems such as ChatGPT to help ease the load on their franchise partners and staff. Co-founder, Alex Green, uses low cost AI tools to speed up marketing and save on software costs but says: “We’re super-cautious. We’re dealing with people’s lives, so it matters.”
Their innovative approach to using AI is so impressive that it was picked up by The Times’ AI and tech expert, Naomi Ackerman, in a recent article.
The article describes how Radfield have used ChatGPT and Google’s NotebookLM to create marketing templates and automated responses, and how they have reduced times and costs for all their offices by creating their own in-house software packages.
With even leading care providers facing tremendous challenges in modern times, this willingness to embrace innovation and technology is the mark of a franchise which will always strive to provide the best possible service – and the best possible systems for all its partners.

It’s just very much, ‘This is a tool that the more we use it cleverly, the more we can achieve and grow and do’”
