Fantastic day retreat at The Queen's Hotel Cheltenham. it was very informative and helpful as each session was delivered by friendly, knowledgeable hosts who were happy to answer any questions. The yoga was an inspired way to start and was accessible to all abilities. I would recommend this to anyone who is over 45, even if you haven't started to experience menopause, as it will help you to make decisions which will empower and equip you through a new and sometimes challenging phase of your life!
