Our training, accreditations and mentorship will teach you everything you need; however, we have found that there are certain skills and attitudes which are absolutely essential in this industry:
There are 3 days online training with certification as a qualified MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) practitioner, and 12 hours modular online Matchmaker certification with The Matchmaking Institute. This can take place at any time during your onboarding period part of your training as it is self-guided.
The 2 days face-to-face training with the relevant experts from our team, usually takes place at our head office in London, and covers:
