As the owner of the Czech and Slovak representative office, we have been cooperating with the company Star Brite as the main supplier of car cosmetics since 2012. Gradually, from a small company starting in a tough business with two van-type cars, we have developed in 10 years to a company with 5 vans and 8 employees. Regularly supplying our customers in both republics is both our job and our hobby. We ourselves live by clean cars, so choosing Star Brite as the main reliable supplier was the best choice. 14 short years ago I joined Starbrite in July 2008 after spending the previous 16 years working for Trafalgar Chemicals until they changed their business model. I needed to quickly find an alternative route to market for my business and after some research I decided on Starbrite. As I already had a customer base in the automotive sector I now had the opportunity to expand my business with other products into a more diverse market place and areas to increase my turnover and profitability. My customers I see each month, I get them on board the mobile showroom which helps me encourage impulse purchases as well as the required purchases. I’m fortunate enough to live locally to Starbrite’s Sussex based distribution warehouse and HQ so my stock orders I collect from there directly and all the staff are always so accommodating and supportive.
