I wasn’t really considering the idea of becoming a franchise partner in care or elsewhere. However, having spent some time working for Promedica as an independent agent, I realised how much support I could have from a professional, experienced and enthusiastic team that is there for nothing else but assisting me in achieving my business goals. I enjoy working for and with my colleagues at Promedica. I also find it really rewarding to help people to be provided the best care options possible – and to make clients and their family members happy.

With Promedica Plus, I am supported to learn much more about the sector and I am provided with a reliable team to help me develop both my local presence and my business. I like the Promedica way of working. Offering support to people to live independently in their own home, was something I decided I wanted to do with the rest of my working life. The idea of becoming a franchisee was not why I became involved with Promedica. Initially, it was the concept of supporting people at home. Having witnessed many people leave their homes through frailty and the sadness this caused, I felt/feel confident with Promedica, a specialist in the field established over 10 years ago that the infrastructure was clear and evident and the dedicated UK franchise support team this was the right move for me. I truly believe we make a difference and I enjoy being part of a solution.
