For England and Wales, each target region has a population of 10M+, and the potential for c.150 unit franchises to be sold. RE/MAX’s low-overhead, high reward system is fully proven in Scotland (population 5M), where it has 60 unit franchisees, and a network of 250 associates. In addition, the long-standing London-Central franchisee has just acquired the Master Franchise rights for London — which of course is a major endorsement for the Re/Max franchise model.
