Start up
A full franchise solution; implementation programme, set up, launch and ‘weaning’. Task driven, you do your bit, we’ll do ours. We’ll fit your office, assist with recruitment, train you and your staff and co-ordinate your pre-launch marketing. At launch you’ll hit the ground running. Then the 90-day ‘weaning’ programme ensures you stay on track.

Investment – what’s involved
The one-time investment and ongoing participation cost of The Reeds Rains Franchise is very straightforward. There is an initial franchise fee to join the partnership and Members enter into a legally binding agreement for a period of five years.

Reeds Rains supply signage, interior shop fitting, furniture and IT equipment - fully installed and operational – competitively priced and paid for separately by the franchisee.

Thereafter Members pay to The Reeds Rains Franchise an ongoing royalty based on 8% of relevant income generated under the Reeds Rains banner. Participating in any of The Reeds Rains Franchise other activities as an originator - for instance mortgages, surveys, Conveyancing and overseas homes - triggers introductory commissions that are not subject to a franchise royalty deduction.

Beyond this The Reeds Rains Franchise currently makes no other charges to its Members for any services provided by The Reeds Rains Franchise itself. In the event that it incurs any additional expenses on behalf of the Members, these are passed on at cost.

Reeds Rains is often able to procure goods and services cheaper than an individual independent agent, this represents a substantial and valuable contribution to reducing the member’s cost base.
