TaxAssist Accountants - Testimonials
My business is competitive and growing year on year. TaxAssist is a proven business model. If operated correctly it does produce the desired results thanks to a team that provides good support and strong leadership.Gill Hutchings
The training has been very good and the initial training allows you to form excellent relationships with other new franchisees. Support is excellent including regular visits from the Franchise Development Manager, business support with senior directors, half-yearly tax update days, a technical helpline and access to other courses / sponsored materials.Phil Marriot
My business has shown growth on almost every month of my six years with TaxAssist, despite the recession. There is great potential for more business, I just need to find the time to unlock the potential! When I look back and I think why I chose TaxAssist, I can honestly say the main attraction was buying into a system that worked - the approach to the marketplace, branding, pricing, technical support, etc. I am very happy with my decision to sign up for a TaxAssist franchise and I have recently signed again for another five years.Jim Andrew
After two years, growth has been steady and good, in line with plan. I have recently taken on two additional members of staff, which has enabled me to step away and concentrate more on working on the business, rather than in it. Clearly, client delivery and interaction is still a vital component of that structure. The future is really what you want to make of it.Lloyd Evans
My business grows during most months of the year, but there is still a huge potential pool of clients that I have not been able to reach. I chose TaxAssist because I wanted to run my own business using the numerate skills that I had. I could never have achieved this without taking on a franchise. Thanks heavens I chose TaxAssist Accountants!Peter Norfolk
The support provided by TaxAssist is second to none! I can't stress how important it has been to helping me grow my business. I didn't come from an accountancy practice background so relied quite heavily on the support provided from the outset. Help is given both on the technical side of accounts / tax, as well as business development and ideas for growing your business and raising fees. I have found the franchisor always striving to move forward and to continue to deliver a better service year on year.Vince
Having been in practice for 17 years before joining TaxAssist, I only attended two of the training weeks. Both were excellent. I am often asked why we decided to join TaxAssist after so many years in practice. Working as a sole practitioner can be a very lonely existence. Put simply, everything you need is available. The business plan, the brand, the marketing and the technical support.Russell Charles
Being a TaxAssist franchisee has been an excellent choice for me. I have just completed 10 years and have signed on for a further 10. Following the advice and encouragement from the franchisor, I am achieving a great work/life balance whilst earning a decent living and building an asset that will fund my retirement.Brian Alexander
Being a TaxAssist franchisee gives me a strong sense of professional achievement and dependable financial security.Roger Mills
There is always ongoing support available from the support centre. The twice-yearly annual training sessions are a great help, but the technical support is also highly valued.Paul Chillman
If you follow the model, there is enormous potential for growth. Much depends on the attitude, ambition and business acumen of each franchisee. The first few years can be very challenging, but once you get through that period, growth and cash flow gets easier. You need to take a holistic approach to managing the business, which gets easier when you get to a point that allows you to recruit good administrative and technical staff. You need to work on, not in the business. This means you need to push very hard in the early years. Get this right, and success is pretty assured.John Mayer
