Our franchisees create a local high quality community internet directory and one or more advertising magazines for the visitors, residents and businesses in their exclusive local area, which also provide as much community information, and news as you choose to include.
A typical ShopLocal territory contains 7,000 – 10,000 businesses of all sizes most of which trade locally and so, ShopLocal magazine and website are the perfect places for local businesses and services to place high-quality advertising at a very competitive price.
Your ShopLocal magazine will be a monthly publication packed with local advertising, information, editorial, advice and fun activities. Your ShopLocal website will become the preferred directory for locating businesses and services in your area and runs alongside your magazine.
What will I be doing?
As the owner of the rights to the ShopLocal magazine and website in your area you will decide how much you want to earn and from that we can tell you how much work you need to do. For example, a 24 page magazine published monthly plus 100 web site advertisers can provide over £30,000 net profit for 16-24hrs per week. Increase that to 37 hrs per week, a 48 page magazine and 150 web advertisers and you could be enjoying over £70,000 net profit.
You spend your time looking after your customers, your web site and ensuring your magazine is distributed where you want it to be.
