We will put six appointments in your diary every week and we will teach you to convert those six appointments into two sales a week, thereby generating in excess of £100,000 a year.
Comprehensive Training
You will start by attending a one week induction course to teach you the basics of what being a mortgage broker is all about.
Then if you don’t have CeMAP, we will provide you with two weeks of CeMAP training to get you through the exams.
Of course, you can get this sort of training anywhere, so what makes us different?
What makes us stand out from all the rest is that we will then provide you with two weeks of practical training in the field, conducting appointments that we have generated for you.
In the first week, your coach will conduct your six appointments for you and make your first two sales for you. In the second week, you will conduct the appointments and your coach will be present to guide and help you through your next two sales.
Then, as you continue to conduct your six appointments each week, your coach will be on hand to provide any guidance and support that you need.
Throughout this period, we will process all your mortgage enquiries and applications, plus the insurances, leaving you free to concentrate on mastering the sales process.
Then, when you are ready, we will provide you with the necessary software to process the mortgages and insurances yourself. Needless to say we will also provide you with a Business Quality Manager who will teach you to use the software and guide you through the next six months until you are signed-off as a Competent Mortgage Adviser.

Throughout your career, we also provide you with ongoing sales training, technical training and product knowledge not to mention compliance support.

During the current credit-crunch, mortgage brokers are finding it ever more difficult to generate new business. As a result, their advertising costs continue to rise whilst the income generated from that advertising continues to fall.
